Can the RIVER 2 be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?
When your RIVER 2 is plugged into the wall, anything plugged into it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power from the grid stops, RIVER 2 automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds.
Can the RIVER 2 handle high-wattage appliances?
Yes. The RIVER 2 can power devices up to 600W with our proprietary technology, X-Boost. *X-Boost can run devices that require up to 600W, however, it's best to test before use.
What kind of solar charger can charge the RIVER 2 solar generator?
The RIVER 2 electric generator can be charged with type-c solar panel if there is a stable 5/9/12/15/20V 3A output.

After looking at various reviews online I chose the Ecoflow, been able to recharge it within an hour (dinner break) suits me, this will be used for recharging multiple things I use in the telecoms industry and long weekends camping. So far, great.

EcoFlow certainly know how to put together great power stations. Already have the Delta Pro and this little unit is an awesome addition. Gonna be used for camping to power drone, laptop, charges phones and run lighting. Even better it’s all app controlled too!!!

Great for charging phones, camping lights etc. Can run cooler box for 3.5 hours and only takes an hour to recharge power station. App on phone means you can monitor everything. Happy with product.

Another incredible piece of equipment from EcoFlow extremely handy to have around. I do have other products from them of different sizes and you wouldn’t think that you would need one at this size, but it is an absolute must

This is a piece of kit that just works. I have only just got it but I have used it to boil a travel mug/kettle and it did it no problem. It measured 315Watts for about 3 minutes. I then charged it up using my 100W solar panel. The screenshot shows the charge power but bear in mind this was a fairly overcast day.

This is the 3rd Ecoflow powerstation I have bought. I started off with the Delta 2 then bought the Delta Pro. Once the River 2 arrived for sale I thought about getting a smaller and more compact device. I charge the River 2 from the other power stations though you can use solar or AC. The River 2 is a great size and holds quite a charge. I use it for charging smaller items like power banks, mobiles, regular AA or AAA batteries, Ring camera batteries etc. I haven't used the AC function yet but its handy to have. The device is light enough that I would carry it in a back pack. I recently bought a few large capacity powerbanks from a well known brand and wish I had bought this first. Its a great entry device into the Ecoflow range. I like having the app functionality to monitor it from a distance and can change setting from my mobile. The other deciding factor was the LFP battery technology as it will outlast the older battery tech in regular powerbanks etc. I would recommend to others.

Super pratique en camping ou dans le coffre de la voiture, et avec l'application on peux allumer ou éteindre les prises et avoir un aperçu de l'autonomie. Personnellement je l'utilise poir mes sorties drone et je peux voler en continu toute la journée sans aucuns problème. Je vous conseille de voir l'autonomie sont vous avez besoin pour choisir un modèle adapté.
